UPDATED:Been using this for about a week now. The only annoyance is that water drains the sink more slowly than it used to. However, that's the only downside. The filter works great. All the foods that used to "escape" down the drain - ie, soggy rice krispies, grains of rice, etc - they are now caught in this filter. It is easy to clean and very attractive. I am pleased and would buy it again. Recommended. OLD REVIEW: I just found one of these in Shoprite for $1.99 and bought it. It is such a great idea, I'd been looking for something like this. It does the job it is intended to do - it traps smaller food debris like lentils, rice. However, it doesn't fit my sink drain perfectly - it's probably too small. Also, water drains more slowly. I'll try it for a few more days, not sure if I will keep it in use. |
